  1. Can private parties/ organizations/ individuals apply?

    Awards are only for Government entities, please refer the brochure for detailed eligibility criteria.

  2. Are PSU's eligible?

    No, Awards are only for Government entities, please refer the brochure for detailed eligibility criteria.

  3. Can we have multiple nominations using one User ID?

    Maximum one (1) nomination per category per user is allowed. However multiple entries in different categories are allowed.

  4. I have registered with my Email ID on the website but the activation link is not received.

    Please check the spam folder for the activation email, if still not received then drop us an email at "digitalindiaawards@gov.in" mentioning your Email ID.

  5. Not able to Select/ Change the category for nomination.

    Nomination for the selected category needs to be completed/ submitted first, then all the other categories would be visible.

  6. Who should sign the Authorization Letter?

    The Secretary or the Head of the Department must sign the authorization letter.

  7. Please provide the format for authorization letter.

  8. Where do we get the security certificate?

    The security certificate needs to be obtained from any cert-in empaneled agency.
